Dhofar Islamic Unveils Exclusive Campaign to Attract SMEs, Bolster Oman's Economic Growth

Dhofar Islamic, the Islamic banking window of Bank Dhofar, has announced the launch of its SME Campaign 2025, a strategic initiative aimed at attracting small and medium enterprise (SME) customers.

The three-month campaign is a core component of the bank's strategic growth plan; it aims to strengthen customer relationships and drive cross-sell opportunities within Oman's fast-growing SME sector.

The comprehensive campaign is set to offer a suite of tailored benefits and incentives to  businesses that open accounts with Dhofar Islamic, reinforcing the bank’s commitment to supporting the backbone of the Omani economy. By providing added value from the outset, Dhofar Islamic seeks to enhance customer retention and increase its overall portfolio value.

As part of the campaign, SME customers newly opening accounts with Dhofar Islamic will enjoy several incentives. These include a waiver of the first-year annual fee for secured credit cards for business owners, complimentary bank statements for one year and the first cheque book free of charge. Additionally, customers will be assigned a dedicated relationship manager at the branch level, offered bulk account opening services for staff and provided with attractive rates for Point-of-Sale (POS) machines.
